Thank you to everyone for your interest in, and support of, the 2008 AMSA Global Health Conference.

AMSA experienced an unprecedented level of interest in the event, with all 500 registration places selling out nationwide in less than 10 minutes. Such enthusiasm characterizes the phenomenal engagement of medical students with global health issues across Australia today - and a growth that will hopefully continue in the years ahead!

Successful delegates have been notified and registration payments are currently being processed for the 2008 Conference. A waiting list has been established for those students who regretably missed out on securing a place.
