AMSA Rural Health Summit (RHS)

Armidale, 18-20th September

AMSA’s Rural Health Summit (RHS) is the premier rural health event for medical students around Australia. In 2020, 200 medical students will meet in Armidale, NSW from 18-20th September to be inspired, build their skills and develop a passion for rural health.

RHS is comprised of a diverse and exciting schedule of academic sessions, social events, hands-on workshops and a huge simulated mass casualty scenario – the Rural Rescue Challenge!

RHS20 aims to showcase rural NSW, and in doing so, inspire students to return to rural areas as health professionals. We hope to empower delegates so that they can make a tangible difference in rural communities in the future.
